You have 21 days to make a return for an exchange or store credit by sending the item back to us. In the event that upon receiving your order, the item was damaged and cannot be used, we will either send you an undamaged unit or give you a store credit to be used at any time. 

Yes, we can include samples if requested before purchasing. Email us about the same. We'd love for you to try more products!
